At Solane, we believe that the journey of a piece is as important as the piece itself. Our shipping process is designed to ensure that your jewelry arrives safely, thoughtfully, and with the same intentionality we bring to our designs.
1. Processing Time
Each Solane piece undergoes a final quality inspection before it is packaged for you.

Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Made-to-Order / Custom Pieces: Please allow 7–14 business days for craftsmanship before shipping.

Note: During peak seasons or collection launches, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience with our deliberate pace.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer several tiers of shipping to meet your needs. All transit times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed to our carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow your Solane piece’s journey directly through the carrier’s portal.
4. International Shipping & Customs
Solane ships worldwide. Please note that for international orders:

Duties & Taxes: Depending on your destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs Delays: Solane is not responsible for delays caused by local customs authorities.
5. Packaging with Intent
In alignment with our philosophy of restraint, we use minimalist, sustainable packaging. Your jewelry will be protected in a signature Solane pouch or box, designed to be kept and reused as a permanent home for your pieces. To reduce waste, we do not include paper invoices unless specifically requested.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
While we entrust our deliveries to reliable carriers, accidents can happen.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@solane.com within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
7. Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
